Concerning Taxes and Duties All shipments from our warehouses are delivered duty-free.
As a result, once the parcel reaches its destination country, any and all customs or import duties are assessed. These fees, if any, must be paid by the clients. If a customer refuses to accept a package owing to import tariffs or taxes, they assume full responsibility for any return shipping expenses, customs fees, and handling fees. Return Policy


+ A 30-day return policy means that you have 30 days from the day you received your order(s) to seek a return. 
+ You can reach out to us at support@encouraginglife.co or by phone at +84 878 208 234 if you want to discuss a return with us. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to ship your order back to our warehouse. Item(s) that are returned to us without first obtaining our permission will not be accepted.
+ Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened, with tags still attached, and in its original packing

If any of the following conditions apply to your order, it will be submitted for replacement or refund:
+ If your order does not arrive at your shipping address within 30 days of placing it, please contact us.
Please note, however, that any claims for late delivery filed beyond 60 business days from the original order placement date will be denied.

+ Your order has a problem with poor quality (damaged, broken, etc..).
Please keep in mind that any claims for quality issues or garment flaws must be filed within 07 business days of arrival, with full proof as follows:

* Photo(s) of any flaws in the quality of the product received, as well as any broken pieces;
* Photo(s) of the incorrect product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order);
* Photo(s) of the size tag and the complete item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order);
* Photo(s) of the product received's original shipping label.
